Finance Wales provides commercial funding to small and medium sized businesses throughout Wales to enable them to realise their potential for innovation and growth.
We make commercial investments in small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) based in or willing to relocate to Wales. We can provide short-term project finance as well as long-term growth funding. Our micro loans start from just £1,000 and we can invest up to £2 million in a single round.
We typically provide flexible debt and equity funding for a wide range of purposes and can continue to offer support with follow-on investment and additional working capital as the business grows. We also have a dedicated technology venture investments team who have technical and financial expertise to support technology-based businesses.
